The best way is to take it to someone that has an heavy duty commercail sewing machine and have them install it.
Anyone that repairs boat covers would be able to do that.
-Next would be yourself with a sewing machine tht will sew heavy jeans
-Last would be by hand with s speed sticher or using a uploster needle.
But for the learner I think having someone withe sewing skills is the best way to go.
