The baffle induces a secondary burn? Can you elaborate on that? Make a vid.? It would be a decisive buying argument
I saw your video explaining the options of the (Titanium) Wood stoves in which you are telling the baffle heightens efficiency, saving burning of wood.
But you didn't explain how this works. (You also are not using the secondary burn term and argument) At least I think you are referring to a secondary burn of still usable and un-burned gasses that will escape through the chimney without the baffle. It is a big selling point and therefore I think it needs some extra attention. Your videos are nice to watch, so I hope you will do an addendum to the already posted video's.
I will be ordering some bug saws hopefully in the very near future and have them shipped to the Netherlands. The wood stoves are to expensive (heavy shipping?) for that, which is a shame.
Regarding the Bug Saws: I have read all the reviews and remarks about the bug saws posted on your site. Some say the workmanship sometimes is off. If I order from you would you check the bug saws yourself before shipping? Would not like to have after sales issues that could be prevented.

Well, I was really excited to get the saw but when I opened it and went to put it together I couldn’t get the blade into the handle cause the cut where the blade went was so tight. I had to take a screwdriver and open it up so I could get the blade into the handle and lock it in place but doing so the handle cracked a little but at least it works now. There was a BIG black mark on the metal and had to steel wool the hell out of it the get rid of it. QC department isn't very good. :-(

Are you willing to check the handle fitting and the metal for faults? Another one complained about oval holes. I hope these have been exceptions. But because of the shipping to the Netherlands I would appreciate you checking the order before sending.
