Can I use a High Temp Silicone insert to seal my Four Dog stove 5" to 4" flue, straight up, thru 6" Davis tent jack
I have a Four Dog stove. It came with a 5" reducing to 4" stove pipe, straight up. My Davis tent has a 6" stove jack. I'd like to seal the gaps by using a High Temp silicone insert and thinking the 4.5" or 5" oval versions would work best. The Davis stove jack is through the roof, about 6', or a little more in height. Could you please let me know if this would work. Thanks!
